3 Years Warranty

ADAM ELEMENTS WARRANTY GUIDELINES:
In general, damage caused due to inappropriate use, is not covered by warranty, obvious physical damage to the product is considered inappropriate use.
Accepted for Warranty:
Does not charge at all but no damage to the cable or connector is accepted. (Note: please try cleaning the connector pin on the lightning cable.)

Shows unsupported but no damage to the cable or connector. (Note: please try cleaning the connector pin on the lightning cable.)
Structural damage (weak point or easily damaged structure, ex: detached pin).
Damage spotted upon package seal breach.

Not Valid for Warranty:
Obvious damage to the connector or cable line.
Color change after a period of time but the cable works.
iKlips series.
Adam elements does not take any responsibility on any data stored on the iKlips by user, most of the connectivity issues are repairable, please contact service dept for solution.

Accepted for Warranty:
Firmware update failed.
Error codes : 2307 (shows not supported).
Shows 30x = (shows as USB DISK 53X under system info or device manager).
Unsupport Files System, or unable to read/write data (Note: Please try reformatting iKlips in iKlips app).
Snapped/Bent connector (one time replacement per customer only)

Not Valid for Warranty:
Damage to the PCB or connector port (USB or Lightning).
Any other obvious damage causing iKlips not working.
CASA Hub Series.

Accepted for Warranty:
WiFi jamming issue.
Overheat more than 70c.
RJ45 port not working.
HDMI not working (Note: Please check If the connected laptop or device supports Displayport output).
Type C connectivity issue.
Connectivity issue on any connectable ports.
Not Valid for Warranty: Damage to the cable to structure.
Connecting or disconnecting Hub A01 from device causes USB hub connected device to reconnect or reset is expected. (it's normal).
TA502 Model.

Accepted for Warranty:
USB not charging.
Movable part missing or snapped with out obvious damage by other forces.

Not Valid for Warranty:
Damaged due to using hair dryer.
Damaged due to voltage difference (using 110v stuff on 220v power plug).
Fuse damage.
no electricity passing through anything.
PA601 Series.

Accepted for Warranty:
Port not charging.
QC not working.
Type C charging rate cant not able to charge up laptop or battery. Type C on PA601 provide 5V 3A, if the connected device or battery requires more, there will be no charge at all.
Shows red when not connected (Note: Please disconnect all power for 10 seconds than reconnect).
No device connected, but the indicator light flashes (Note: Please disconnect all power for 10 seconds than reconnect).
GoHealthy Series.

Accepted for Warranty:.
Any damage spotted upon opening a brand new package.
Any of the sensor not working.

Not Valid for Warranty:
Battery stoket damage due to battery leak.
